It also includes eating adequate portions of each food, having moderate alcohol consumption, and including all food groups in our diet whenever possible.

It is the most important meal of the day.

A good option is to eat whole-grain cereal with skim milk and a serving of fruit.

A sedentary lifestyle or physical inactivity is a risk factor for multiple conditions like obesity and high blood pressure.

6. Expose yourself to the sun daily

As a result, staying hydrated is extremely important for our physical health.
Usually, you must drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day to stay hydrated.
However, this varies and depends on the place’s temperature and the amount of physical activity we do during the day.
So, as a general rule of thumb, drinking water whenever you feel thirsty must be enough to keep you hydrated throughout the day.
10. Interact with other people

Finding ourselves immersed in social activity can benefit our mental health and emotional well-being.
Although physical exercise and healthy eating are crucial to maintaining healthy lifestyles, maintaining good social relationships is also essential to having a good quality of life.
